I've done everything I can think of to tweak FPS. Using Process Lasso, overclocking CPU to 4.9GHz stable. Almost all ingame settings are low except for running TAA and High textures. Have tried DLSS but doesn't seem to make an noticeable difference. Any feedback is appreciated.

Taaadaaa! My fps still drop while using scopes, but instead of dropping to 30fps (when i was playing with a 60hz monitor and v-sync on), now they drop to around 50/60 fps with a 144hz monitor. Game runs at around 80/90 fps. Buying a 120/144hz monitor is to avoid having screen tearing when you disable v-sync on EFT.Probably because those guys with good performing 6700 XT don't post how good their 6700XT is. The issue could be related to the fact that in low intensive games the 6000 series tend to downclock very hard. I solved that by increasing the minimum frequency to 1800-2000 under PERFORMANCE tab in amd driver.

Shadows/Dynamic lighting are a HUGE drag on FPS (being the a more computationally expensive thing to render), so try turning down your shadows quality setting to low and then tweaking from there.

Your main problem IS the RAM! It's not enough for tarkov. Trust me, I went on the same road and after upgrading it to 32 gigs, my fps improved by at least 30 or so... Your CPU may also be a problem, but not by much. Tarkov isn't optimized at all and when you add the complexity of the game to that equation you get low fps.
